Education

Certified Management Consultant. Awarded the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation in 1993. A CMC is a management consultant who has graduated from a recognized university, has at least three years consulting experience, and has successfully completed eight examinations in a variety of business areas. These include human resources, marketing, finance, production, information technology, and strategic planning.

Master of Arts. Awarded a Master of Arts from the University of Manitoba in 1992. Master's thesis -- which reviewed water pricing and costs in Canadian cities -- was published in the Canadian Water Resources Journal in 1993.

Bachelor or Arts (Hons.). Earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Winnipeg in 1989.
